It did not begin in a boardroom but rather with a moment of clarity. During a trip to Bali, our founder, Nina Oropai, turned burnout into breakthrough. After years in high-pressure corporate roles, she sought balance and instead found her true calling: to create a consulting firm that genuinely cares while delivering personalized care and the highest levels of customer satisfaction to businesses of all sizes.
